TAP IN>>>TO CREATIVITY

The Handbook on Inspiration.

LESSON #2: When You Can't 'BUILD'

As an architect or designer, you feel passionate about building. Whether you are aiming to create a space for; a community to gather, a family to better utilize their main living area, an office building for millions, a cook to enjoy their kitchen more efficiently....it is all meeting some need concerning your "life's work" within this vast industry.

With a world in financial crisis, many architects and designers are left without knowing if they will be the next to go when the office is downsizing. Or if you are a small firm, what your next job will be...and how to maintain your business if it becomes months before the next project arises.

Something else to think about....
Even when you are living amongst a thriving economy and you are still finding yourself NOT 'building'....instead of holding on to your many years of schooling and that laundry list of credentials, why not do something you do best.....BE CREATIVE!

You can prepare in so many ways, but there is always the unexpected. Don't be caught off gaurd....Expect to HAVE TO BE CREATIVE in these days.

GO 'BUILD' from your creative energy....
confidence
clients
an audience
a business
a brand
a website
a garden
a relationship
KNOWLEDGE!

Some amazing inspiration comes from author Leonard Koren. A trained architect that created an avant-garde publication, out of Venice, CALIFORNIA, called WET: The Magazine of Gourmet Bathing.
